Welcome to the Graduate Exhibition Registration System
The Graduate Exhibition celebrates research and creative scholarship in all its aspects, as an essential and exciting part of graduate education at Penn State. The Graduate Exhibition places special emphasis on communicating research and creative endeavor to a general audience. It provides an opportunity for professional development by challenging you to present your work in clear, comprehensible terms to people outside your field.
The Graduate Research Exhibition will be held primarily in an in-person format for 2025, but will also feature a virtual video option.
Students in the Design, Research Poster, and Visual Arts Options will present their research and creative works to the judges and public in the HUB-Robeson Center at the University Park campus on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The Performance Option will be held in person on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Recital Hall at the University Park campus.
Students wishing to present their work in a virtual format are invited to enter the Video Option. The Video option will be hosted on the Graduate School website and will be open to the public for viewing and to judges for judging from Monday, March 24, 2025 at 8:00 AM to Friday, March 28, 2025 at 6:00 PM. Videos will also be displayed on monitors at the HUB-Robeson Center during the Graduate Research Exhibition.
Students wishing to participate in any of the options for the Graduate Research Exhibition should continue to the registration site. Students are limited to one entry in a category of their choice.
We are looking forward to showcasing all the exciting research, design, and artistic endeavors of Penn State graduate students!
